I am a passionate Aussie baseball fan who is also interested in technology, gadgets, and the internet. I have played and followed baseball for most of my life.
Baseball is a sport that deserves more recognition in Australia. The journey Aussie kids take to grow and play baseball in the US is monumental, and doesn't get the level of coverage or interest that it deserves.
I started this blog in 2008 as a place to keep track of Aussies on MLB teams, or those on the cusp. It has ebbed and flowed over time - usually directly in line with the amount of free time I have. I am now at the stage where I am very interested in the Australian Baseball League, and also interested in providing original, quality writing about Australian baseball and baseball players.
I live in Sydney, Australia and am therefore an avid follower of the Sydney Blue Sox. I am an ex-rugby league fan who is now a foundation member of the GWS Giants.
